Blast rocks Zaporizhzhia, six people injured

An unknown enemy military object exploded in one of the districts in Zaporizhzhia city. Six people were injured.

"At 12:30, during the air raid alert, the Emergency Service received a signal about an explosion. People were injured. Currently, investigative actions are underway, the wreckage of a yet unknown military object is being studied. At the moment, six injured people are known, three of them were hospitalized, including a small child. She is being examined at the regional children's hospital," Oleksandr Vlasiuk, First Deputy Mayor of Zaporizhzhia, told reporters at the scene, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, one victim suffered a leg laceration and lost a lot of blood. Other people received shrapnel injuries.

It is currently unknown what exploded, but there is a small shell crater and a lot of debris at the scene.
