Russian troops shell 18 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region overnight, four wounded

Yesterday, the Russian army shelled 18 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region, causing destruction and four people were injured.

Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Yuriy Malashko said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Over the last day, the enemy fired 87 times at 18 settlements in the region: a missile strike on Komyshuvakha, three attacks on Levadne from UAVs, six MLRS attacks on Levadne, Novodarivka, Lobkove, Stepove and 77 artillery attacks on Preobrazhenka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Temyrivka, Novoandriivka, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Zaliznychne, Piatykhatky and other frontline villages," the statement reads.

There were 66 reports of damage and destruction of residential buildings, outbuildings, vehicles, warehouses, and communications.

"During the evening attack in Preobrazhenka, four local residents sustained mine-blast injuries - women aged 38, 43, 47 and a 54-year-old man. They were promptly taken to a medical facility," noted Malashko.

As Ukrinform reported, on June 20, Russian troops struck Zaporizhzhia and its suburbs at night, targeting communications, agricultural machinery, and a popular recreation area.
