Enemy shells three districts of Kharkiv region with artillery and mortars, civilian injured

The Russian invaders fired artillery and mortars at border and frontline settlements of three districts of Kharkiv region.

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"In the past day, the enemy fired artillery and mortars at the border and frontline settlements of Kupiansk, Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts of the region," the region’s head wrote.

He noted that last night in the village of Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv district, a private house and commercial buildings were damaged by shelling.

In Kupiansk, Russian attacks damaged a private house, a garage and a two-story apartment building; a fire broke out.

In the village Dvorichna, Kupiansk district, a 36-year-old civilian man was injured in enemy shelling.

According to Syniehubov, demining works are currently ongoing. In the past day, the State Emergency Service examined more than 10 hectares of territory and neutralized 128 explosive objects.

As reported, Kharkiv region is currently under constant shelling by Russian troops, the enemy kills and injures civilians and destroys infrastructural facilities in the region every day.
