Ammunition, artillery, air defense reinforcement: Zelensky holds Supreme CinC Staff meeting

President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, during which the supply and distribution of ammunition and strengthening of Ukrainian artillery and air defenses were discussed.

That’s according to a video address to the nation Zelensky delivered Friday evening, reports Ukrinform.

"I just held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. The situation on the front line is the main focus. Reports from commanders of task forces, the Commander-in-Chief, Defense Intelligence, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Strategic Industries, Ministry of Internal Affairs,” Zelensky said.

Attention is focused “on all directions where our actions are needed and where the enemy may suffer certain defeats.”

“Our defensive actions, active actions, our gains on the front lines,” Zelensky noted.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov stated that after Ukraine gains victory over the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian military-industrial complex should focus its efforts on the production of air defense systems, artillery, and ammunition, attack drones, e-warfare systems, as well as armored vehicles and tanks.
