Russian troops shell Kherson

The Russian military is shelling Kherson. 

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"They are firing at the coastal areas and the central part of the city," he said.

As Ukrinform reported, the Russian military fired at the village of Odradokamianka, Kherson region, with phosphorus shells.
