Bridges, houses, cemetery flooded in Beryslav district

In Beryslav district of Kherson region, a village cemetery is partially flooded, bridges and houses.

The head of the Beryslav Regional Military Administration Volodymyr Litvinov said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to  Litvinov, two bridges, six streets, 50 residential buildings, 22 - partially flooded in the village of Tiahynka. In the village of Burhunka, six houses are in the water, three of which are uninhabited.

In Odradokamianka, the cemetery and eight houses, a bridge are partially flooded, and access to the village is difficult.

A street in Olhivka is partially flooded. The road between Olhivka and Lvove is flooded, and traffic is impossible.

"The possibility of another wave of flooding of residential buildings located in close proximity to the coastline is not excluded. At present, the water flow is gradually subsiding and the water level is stabilizing in the areas of these settlements," emphasized  Litvinov.

He said that in the Novovorontsovka, Novooleksandrivka and Mylove territorial communities, the decrease in the water level in the river did not affect the efficiency of water wells.

As Ukrinform reported, Russian troops blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant on June 6.
