Seven Iskander-M, three Iskander-K missiles destroyed over Kyiv at night - Air Force

Seven Iskander-M missiles and three Iskander-K missiles launched by Russia from the north were destroyed over Kyiv at night.

That's according to the Air Force of Ukraine on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"At about 02.45 a.m. on June 1, 2023, the Russian occupiers continued a series of attacks on the capital of Ukraine - the city of Kyiv. Once again, the enemy is insidiously attacking with ballistic and cruise missiles from the Iskander missile system. So there is not much time to take cover," the Air Force said.

In total, 10 Iskander ballistic and cruise missiles were launched from the northern direction - Bryansk region of the Russian Federation.

The air defense forces and means of the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed all 10: seven Iskander-M ballistic missiles and three Iskander-K cruise missiles.

As Ukrinform reported, three people were killed in the night attack by Russian aggressors on Kyiv, including a child of 11 years old.
