Russian forces shell Beryslav district in Kherson region, one civilian injured

Russian forces shelled Beryslav district of Kherson region, injuring a civilian and damaging a critical infrastructure building.

Volodymyr Litvinov, the head of the Beryslav District Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Suburbs and residential quarters of Osokorivka village in Novovorontsovka territorial community came under artillery fire," the report says.

It is noted that the building of a critical infrastructure object was partially damaged in the enemy shelling. No casualties have been reported.

In addition, a resident of Odradokamianka village in Tiahynka territorial community was injured after Russian forces dropped fragmentation munitions from a drone.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces again shelled the city of Kherson and populated areas of the region on May 12, killing two women in Kakhovka district.
