Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Dutch Minister of Defense Kajsa Ollongren have visited a Royal Netherlands Air Force base.

According to an Ukrinform correspondent, samples of the military equipment that has already been transferred to Ukraine were demonstrated during the visit. In addition to the equipment, the Dutch team that prepared the equipment for delivery to Ukraine was introduced.

"I thank everyone in the Netherlands who helps us. Military equipment goes from here to Ukraine, directly to the battlefield," Zelensky said.

He also thanked the Netherlands for training Ukrainian military personnel and treating wounded Ukrainian soldiers. He also noted Dutch forensic specialists who help investigate Russian war crimes and collect the necessary evidence in order to bring Russia to account.

"All this brings us closer to victory, our joint victory, dear friends. Remember, we will destroy Russian evil, yes, we will protect our freedom, our common European way of life. Weapons from this base help our defenders, protect life, normal life, free life, with respect for the lives of Ukrainians, all Europeans and all free people of the world. I thank everyone who helps. Glory to Ukraine," Zelensky said.
