Russians have killed 471 children in Ukraine

The Russian army has already killed 471 children and injured 952 children in Ukraine.

"As of the morning of April 28, 2023, more than 1,423 children were killed and injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. According to the official information from the juvenile prosecutors, 471 children were killed and more than 952 children received injuries of various degrees of severity," the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.

These data are not final as efforts are ongoing to establish casualties in the areas of military operations, in temporarily captured and liberated territories.

Most children were killed and injured in Donetsk region – 452, Kharkiv region – 275, Kyiv region – 128, Kherson region – 94, Zaporizhzhia region – 89, Mykolaiv region – 85, Chernihiv region – 68, Dnipropetrovsk region – 67, Luhansk region – 66.

On Friday, April 28, a mother and her two-year-old daughter were killed in a Russian missile strike on the civilian infrastructure in Dnipro city. In the morning of the same day, a 13-year-old girl was injured in a Russian missile strike on Ukrainka, Kyiv region.
