Zelensky appoints heads of three military administrations in Luhansk region

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed three heads of city military administrations of the Sievierodonetsk district, Luhansk region.

According to Ukrinform, the respective orders, Nos. 61/2023-rp, 62/2023-rp and 63/2023-rp, have been published on the website of the head of state.

According to the documents, Oleksii Babchenko was appointed head of the Hirske city military administration and Mykola Khanatov was appointed head of the Popasna city military administration.

The president appointed Oleksandr Striuk as the head of the Sievierodonetsk city military administration.

Last March, Zelensky signed a decree on the formation of the Hirske, Popasna and Sievierodonetsk city military administrations in the Luhansk region.
