One killed, two injured in Russia's shelling of Kherson region

Russian troops shelled the Kherson region 60 times in the past day, killing one civilian and injuring two others.

According to Ukrinform, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson regional military administration, reported this on Telegram.

The invaders used aircraft, Grad multiple rocket launchers and artillery to carry out the attacks. A total of 290 shells were fired.

In particular, the Russians attacked Kherson six times, with 26 enemy shells hitting the residential areas of the city, private houses and apartment buildings.

"Unfortunately, there are victims among the civilian population — one person was killed, two were injured," Prokudin said.

Some 94 civilians were evacuated from the liberated territories of the Kherson region in the past day.
