Russians launch missile strike on Bohodukhiv in Kharkiv region

Russian troops have attacked the city of Bohodukhiv in the Kharkiv region with S-300 missiles.

Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy is again striking civilians in the Kharkiv region. Today, two enemy missiles, probably S-300s, fell in the city of Bohodukhiv," he wrote.

Emergency services are at the scene. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. Information on the extent of the destruction is being clarified.

"New attacks are possible. Do not ignore the air raid alert," Syniehubov said.

No hostilities took place in Bohodukhiv as the city was not under occupation. It took in many internally displaced persons. The border settlements of the Bohodukhiv district often come under attack.
