Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 171,160 troops

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 171,160 Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to March 27, 2023, including 610 invaders over the past day alone.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

The enemy’s total combat losses include also 3,595 tanks, 6,953 armored combat vehicles (+6), 2,638 artillery systems (+7), 523 multiple launch rocket systems (+1), 277 air defense systems, 305 aircraft, 291 helicopters, 5,493 motor vehicles (+7), 18 warships/cutters, 2,216 unmanned aerial vehicles, 285 special equipment units (+3). A total of 911 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.

Enemy losses are being verified, the General Staff noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, about 100 bodies of Russian soldiers killed in battle were brought to the morgue of the central district hospital in Troitske, Luhansk region, on March 26.
