Enemy launches missile strike on Kramatorsk

Russian forces launched a missile strike on the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region at around midnight and are using Grad multiple rocket launchers, artillery, and cluster munitions to shell Avdiivka.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"At around midnight, the Russians launched a missile strike on Kramatorsk, hitting an industrial area. According to operational information, there are no casualties. On the Donetsk axis, intense shelling of Avdiivka with artillery and Grads, including cluster munitions, has been ongoing at night and in the morning. Shells hit the territory of four streets and Avdiivka Coke Chemical Plant," he wrote.

Kyrylenko added that in the Kurakhove community, two two-story buildings were damaged in Hostre and a private house in Kurakhove.

He said that in the Kostiantynivka community, two houses were damaged in Kostiantynivka and several houses in Predtechyne. In the Lysychansk sector, the enemy damaged 15 houses in Zvanivka and five houses in Pereizne. In Siversk, a railway station building and several nearby private houses were damaged.

According to Kyrylenko, two residents of the Donetsk region were killed in the past 24 hours - in Pivnichne and Chasiv Yar.
