Russian forces kill civilian, injure three more in Donetsk region in past day

The Russian army killed one civilian and injured three more in Donetsk region on March 17.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"On March 17, Russians killed one civilian in Donetsk region – in Ukrainsk. Three more people in the region were injured,” he wrote.

He noted that it is currently impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

As reported, Russian forces launched 34 airstrikes, in particular, using 11 Shahed-136 UAVs, over the past day. Ten of these drones were shot down by Ukrainian air defense forces, while one hit an industrial infrastructure object. There were no civilian casualties.
