Number of injured in Kostiantynivka attack rises to eight

In Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, eight local residents were injured in the Russian shelling.

“Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation was started into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.

According to the investigation, on March 10, Russian troops shelled the residential neighborhoods of Kostiantynivka town.

According to preliminary data, the strikes were launched using S-300 anti-aircraft missile system and Uragan multiple-launch rocket system.

Three men and four women received injuries of varying severity. A 53-year-old taxi driver received a shrapnel wound.

About 14 private houses, nine cars, a gas pipe, garages, outbuildings, and civilian infrastructure objects were damaged or completely destroyed.

The town is still under enemy fire, the Prosecutor General's Office noted.

Earlier it was reported that six people were injured in the shelling of Kostiantynivka.

On the morning of March 10, the Russians fired Grad MLRS at several settlements of Ocheretyne community in Donetsk region.
