Russian missile strike destroys school in Kramatorsk

Russian invaders launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk last night, destroying a school, and in Avdiivka, shelling of the old and central parts of the city continued throughout the night.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"At night, the Russians launched a missile strike on Kramatorsk and destroyed a school. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties," the official wrote.

According to him, one person was wounded in Vuhledar, and the outskirts of the community came under fire.

In the Donetsk sector, the enemy used Smerch MLRS to shell the village of Dachne in the Kurakhove community, damaging four two-apartment buildings and six private houses, an administrative building and a cultural institution. In Avdiivka, shelling continued throughout the night in the old and central parts of the city. Casualties were not recorded.

Kyrylenko said that in the Horlivka sector, one person had been killed and three injured in Bakhmut. In the Toretsk community, an administrative building and a House of Prayer in New York were damaged. In addition, three houses in Vasiukivka, Soledar community and two houses in Chasiv Yar were damaged.

In the Lysychansk sector, at least ten houses were damaged and destroyed by the invaders in Pereizne, Zvanivka territorial community. Houses on three streets were damaged in Siversk, and one more house was partially destroyed in Zarichne, Lyman community.
