Last night Russian troops struck the Dnipropetrovsk region’s Nikopol and Chervonohryhorivka community with heavy artillery.

The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Lysak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Last night the Nikopol district came under enemy fire twice. Russians used heavy artillery, targeting Nikopol and the Chervonohryhorivka community,” Lysak wrote.

As a result, a kindergarten’s boiler facility, pharmacy and several shops were damaged. Russian projectiles also caused damage to eight apartment blocks, five garages and three cars.

Power transmission lines were broken, and a water supply system was seriously damaged. Civilians remained unharmed.
