Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to 141,260

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 141,260 Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to February 17, 2023, including 800 soldiers over the past day alone.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

The enemy’s total combat losses include 3,298 tanks (+2 over the past day), 6,520 armored combat vehicles (+3), 2,322 artillery systems (+16), 467 multiple launch rocket systems (+1), 241 air defense systems (+2), 298 warplanes, 287 helicopters, 5,187 motor vehicles (+20), 18 warships/cutters, 2,013 unmanned aerial vehicles (+1), 221 special equipment units (+2). A total of 871 enemy cruise missiles (+14) were shot down.

The data is being verified, the General Staff noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks near 16 settlements over the past day.
