Russians fire up to 10 missiles at Kharkiv overnight, no casualties reported

In Kharkiv, no casualties were reported during the latest missile attack on the city enterprise overnight Wednesday, as all workers took shelter on time.

That’s according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, who spoke on the air of the national marathon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"There were six to 10 missile launches from the Russian territory. So many explosions were heard in Kharkiv. It was found that four explosions took place at the premises of one of the industrial enterprises in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi district. Another, fifth, hit was directly in the park, straight into the ground. It’s civilian infrastructure, with no military facilities located there. And, fortunately, there were no casualties. People were safe due to the fact that after an air raid siren went off at the enterprise, everyone took shelter. And the State Emergency Service got everyone out when they arrived," the official said.

Serhiy Bolvinov, head of the Investigative Department with the National Police Department in Kharkiv region, noted on Facebook, "the Russian army neutralized "strategic" benches and pedestrian crossings in our Central Park.

As reported, around 23:00 on February 7, Russian troops from the territory of the Belgorod region launched missile attacks on Kharkiv.
