Reznikov shows how invaders tried to protect themselves from HIMARS

The Russian occupiers tried to protect themselves from long-range HIMARS rockets with corner reflectors.

“This is a military corner reflector. The entire area near the Kherson bridge was covered with dozens of such russian reflectors. The enemy tried to use this anachronism to protect themselves from... HIMARS,” Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov posted on Twitter.

He added that the Russian-Ukrainian war is indeed the war of the free future against the totalitarian past.

As reported, the U.S. Department of Defense published a detailed list of weapons and equipment that will be sent to Ukraine as part of the new security assistance package announced on Friday.

In particular, Ukraine will receive additional rockets for HIMARS systems, 155mm artillery rounds, 120mm mortar rounds, 190 heavy machine guns with thermal imaging sights to fight drones, 181 mine-resistant armored vehicles (MRAP), 250 Javelin ATGMs, 2,000 anti-tank rockets, Claymore anti-personnel mines, explosive munitions, and other equipment.
