Four civilians killed in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region

Four civilians have been killed and seven injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On January 27, 2023, Russians killed four civilians in the Donetsk region: three in Paraskoviivka and one in Velyka Novosilka. Seven more people were injured,” Kyrylenko wrote.

Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.

A reminder that, on January 27, 2023, Russian troops twice struck the Donetsk region’s Chasiv Yar.
