Ukraine’s Air Force launches up to 20 strikes on Russian positions every day

Every day, Ukraine’s Air Force launches up to 20 group strikes on Russian military positions along the entire front line.

Yuriy Ihnat, Spokesperson for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said during the nationwide news telethon that the Ukrainian air force units are working very intensively, especially given the quantitative superiority of the enemy.

"Not only the occupiers but also our Air Force launches 10-20 group strikes on the positions along the entire front line every day. They fly under the cover of fighter jets because fighter jets attack the enemy's air defense systems to facilitate the work of bombers and attack aircraft. Our guys are working very intensively in this direction, despite the fact that the enemy air grouping exceeds ours fivefold," Ihnat said.

As reported, the anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed three Russian Ka-52 helicopters in the eastern direction on the night of January 24.
