Four civilians injured in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region

Four civilians have been injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On January 18, 2023, Russians injured four civilians in the Donetsk region, namely in Avdiivka, Khromove, Ivanivske and Chasiv Yar,” Kyrylenko wrote.

Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.

A reminder that, on January 18, 2023, Russian troops launched 25 air strikes and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) 85 times.
