Ukrainian mountain assault battalion shows destruction, capture of Russian invaders

Soldiers with Ukraine's 108th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion, part of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade, have destroyed and captured a number of Russian invaders.

The battalion said this on its Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"When Christmas is celebrated in Ukraine and around the world, mountain assault soldiers with the 108th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion stormed the positions of the occupiers, destroying many invaders and capturing ten," the report said.

Earlier reports said that the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 102,050 Russian invaders from February 24 to December 25, including 620 on December 24.
