Two civilians killed in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region

Two civilians have been killed and five injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On December 23, 2022, Russians killed two civilians in the Donetsk region, namely in Kurakhove. Five more people were injured,” Kyrylenko wrote.

Now, it is also impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko added.

A reminder that, on December 23, 2022, Russian troops launched three missile strikes and 10 air strikes, namely on civil infrastructure in the Donetsk region.
