Russian forces hit an oil and gas infrastructure facility of the Naftogaz Group in the Kharkiv region in the early hours of December 20.

According to Ukrinform, Naftogaz CEO Oleksiy Chernyshov announced this on Facebook.

"Last night, enemy missiles hit Naftogaz's oil and gas infrastructure facility located in the Kharkiv region," he wrote.

According to Chernyshov, there were no casualties, but a large-scale fire broke out at the facility.

"We will assess the damage later after the rescuers have completed their work, but I am sure that everything that was destroyed will be restored. Unlike the reputation of the terrorist country, which will remain an outcast on the world stage for a long time," he added.
