95 more civilians evacuated from Donetsk region

On December 7, rescuers provided assistance and evacuated 95 civilians from dangerous settlements in Donetsk region.

The Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Over the past day, the personnel of the Main Directorate evacuated 3 people from the zone of active hostilities (Bakhmut). The rescuers of Donetsk region helped 28 people, including 2 children, during transportation from a gathering and registration point to evacuation trains in the city of Pokrovsk," the report says.

It is noted that during the evacuation in the Pokrovsk district, assistance was provided to 64 people, including 12 children and 4 people with physical disabilities.  

As reported, Donetsk region is under constant Russian shelling. There are problems with energy, heat and water supply in the region.

By winter, no more than 235,000 people involved in the defense and maintenance of critical infrastructure should remain in the region.
