Nine civilians injured in Donetsk region in past day

Russian troops injured nine civilians in Donetsk region over the past day.

"On December 5, the Russians injured nine civilians in Donetsk region: four – in Ivanivske, three – in Bakhmut, one – in Maksymilyanivka, and one – in Toretsk," Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

In total, 1,237 civilians have been killed and 2,691 civilians have been injured in Donetsk region since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

According to Kyrylenko, it is currently impossible to establish the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, but every war criminal will be punished.

As reported, on December 5, the Russian troops launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. Residential buildings and critical infrastructure facilities in Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa and other regions were damaged.
