One killed, one injured as Russian forces shell Kherson

Russian troops shelled Kherson 12 times on Thursday, December 1, killing one person and leaving another one injured.

Halyna Luhova, the head of the Kherson city military administration, said this in a video address posted on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Kulyka Street was affected in Kherson today, residential buildings were damaged, three cars were on fire, no one was injured. There were hits in the direction of the Beryslav highway, in Zelenivka, on Vasyl Stus Street. One person was killed. Vandenka Lane, Komunalna Street, Stritynska Street [also came under fire]. On Chaikovsky Street, a private house caught fire, an injured person was found at the scene of the fire," she said.

According to her, from November 20 to December 1, 119 explosions were recorded in Kherson, in which 19 people were killed and 37 were injured, including a child.
