Kyiv region in blackout after Russian missile attack

The entire Kyiv region was de-energized after the Russian missiles massively hit energy infrastructure facilities. There are also victims reported among the civilian population.

That’s according to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, who announced the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"We have victims among the civilian population. All necessary services and medics have been deployed," the official wrote.

The head of the administration said that the entire region is in a blackout.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Deputy Head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, confirmed that a Russian missile hit a residential building in Vyshgorod, Kyiv region.
