Air Force’s update on recent missile attack: 75 out of 96 Russian missiles shot down

On November 15, 2022, Russian invaders fired 96 air- and sea-launched cruise missiles at the territory of Ukraine. Seventy-five of them were shot down.

The relevant statement was made by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“According to the updated information, on November 15, 2022, [Russian] occupiers attacked Ukraine with 96 air- and sea-launched cruise missiles (Kh-101, Kh-555, Kalibr), Kh-59 guided air-launched missiles, Shahed-136/131, Orion and Orlan-10 unmanned combat aerial vehicles (UCAVs),” the report states.

The Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense units shot down 75 enemy cruise missiles (Kh-101, Kh-555, Kalibr), two Kh-59 guided air-launched missiles, 10 Shahed-136/131 suicide drones, one Orion UAV and one Orlan-10 UAV.
