Two Russian Granat-3 UAVs shot down over Odesa region

The Ukrainian military have shot down two Russian Granat-3 reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Odesa region.

The relevant statement was made by Spokesperson for Odesa Regional Military Administration Serhii Bratchuk on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Two Granat-3 reconnaissance drones were shot down over the Black Sea in the Odesa region,” Bratchuk wrote.

According to different sources, the Granat-3 UAV has a range of 25 to 40 kilometers. Its wing span is about 2 meters and weight – 7 kilograms. The UAV can accelerate to speeds as high as 80-120 kilometers per hour. The flight duration can reach 2 hours, and the maximum operating height is 2 kilometers.

A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and November 10, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 78,690 troops.
