NSDC secretary names mastermind behind Ukraine’s energy infrastructure destruction

The main ideologue of the idea to obliterate Ukraine's energy infrastructure is Serhiy Kiriyenko, the deputy chief of the Russian President’s Administration.

That’s according to Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council.

"The main ideologue and lobbyist for the destruction of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure of Ukraine is the deputy head of the Russian Presidential Administration, Sergey Kiriyenko, who, having worked at Rosatom, is well-versed in the field of energy," Danilov said.

He also emphasized that Ukraine knows by name, who must be held accountable, and for what exactly.

As reported, since October 10, Russia has been launching massive missile and drone on the civilian energy infrastructure across Ukraine. As a result, more than 45 energy facilities were damaged.

Due to the shortage of capacity in Ukraine’s power system as a result of the attacks, bulks of household and commercial consumers are being disconnected from the grid.
