South: Ukraine's Armed Forces destroy three Russian ammunition depots, four tanks

The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed four tanks and three ammunition depots in the Beryslav and Mykolaiv districts in southern Ukraine on October 28.

That's according to Ukraine's Operational Command South, Ukrinform reports.

In the past day, Russian aircraft launched eight attacks on Ukrainian positions and the settlements of the Beryslav district liberated from Russian forces in early October.

In response, the aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force launched eight strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy forces and equipment , the deployment of air defense systems, and a stronghold in the Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk and Beryslav districts.

On October 28, Ukrainian missile and artillery units performed 160 fire missions. The command said Russian occupation forces operating in the south of the country had lost 34 soldiers, two Grad multiple rocket launchers, four tanks, three mortars, a Giatsint self-propelled gun, and a towed howitzer.

It added that the Ukrainian military had also damaged four more artillery pieces and a tank.
