Law enforcement officers have discovered about 50 unused munitions and the Russian military equipment destroyed within the Kherson region’s Kochubeivka community, which was liberated from Russian invaders.

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“In one of schools, enemy ammunition stocks were discovered, as well as the armored vehicles burnt down. About 50 unused munitions were found at the scene and handed over to explosives experts,” the report states.

On October 24-25, 2022, the joint teams of the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, prosecutors and experts examined the Kochubeivka community’s infrastructure destroyed in Russian attacks.

Pre-trial investigations are underway as part of criminal proceedings opened over the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
