Russian forces kill eight civilians in Ukraine on Oct 23 – President’s Office

Russian troops killed eight civilians and injured 14 more in Ukraine on October 23.

Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, published a relevant report on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to him, seven people were killed and five more injured in Donetsk region, six injured in Dnipropetrovsk region, one killed in Zaporizhzhia region, and three injured in Kharkiv region.

As reported by Ukrinform, according to Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, the Russian forces are not hitting military targets in Ukraine now, but only civilian ones.
