Number of people injured by Russian missile strikes across Ukraine rises 89

The number of people injured by Russian missile attacks across Ukraine on Monday has increased to 89.

Mariana Reva, spokeswoman of the National Police of Ukraine, stated during a nationwide telethon on Ukrainian TV channels, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Unfortunately, the number of victims has grown. As of now, it is 89 people across Ukraine. The number of those killed – 11. Of them, as a result of the missile attacks launched by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine on Monday morning, five were killed in Kyiv, four in Dnipropetrovsk region, and one person each was killed in Poltava region and Kyiv region," Reva said.

According to her, the number of facilities damaged by the Russian attacks across Ukraine is 70, including 29 facilities of critical infrastructure.

As reported, the Russian forces launched missile strikes across Ukraine on the morning of October 10. In total, more than 80 missiles were fired.
