Russian troops again shell liberated Kupiansk, injuring woman and two children

On September 22, Russian troops shelled the recently liberated city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, injuring an elderly woman and two children.

The press service of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration provided that information to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"In Kupiansk, two seven-year-old children were injured, their condition is of moderate severity. They received shrapnel wounds and blast injuries. A 72-year-old woman is also hospitalized, she is in serious condition," the administration said.

The injuries were received during enemy shelling, the administration noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, on September 21, a 13-year-old boy and four adults were wounded in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, as a result of shelling by Russian troops.

On September 22, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that, in addition to shelling, after the de-occupation, the invaders dropped parachuted concrete-piercing air bombs on Kupiansk.
