Russians shell Donetsk region overnight, damage enterprises, recreation center, kindergarten

Russian troops launched rocket attacks on Kramatorsk and Sloviansk overnight and shelled the front line from the Kurakhove to Zvanivka communities.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"In Kramatorsk, a rocket hit a food enterprise, injuring a person. Another one hit a light industry enterprise. A fire broke out there," the report said.

In addition, Russian forces struck two enterprises in Sloviansk. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties and the extent of damage is being determined. Seven houses in Bylbasivka were also damaged.

Vadym Liakh, head of the Sloviansk civil-military administration, confirmed the information on Facebook. "The city was shelled again. There were loud explosions on the outskirts. In Bylbasivka, private houses were damaged on Shkilna and Yaseneva Streets," he wrote.

According to Kyrylenko, Kurakhove and Vovchanka in the Kurakhove community came under fire, where a recreation center and a house were damaged. There are no casualties.

"Last night in Siversk was loud too. We are clarifying the information about casualties and destruction. Russians damaged a kindergarten in Soledar and a private house in Rozdolivka. There are no casualties," he added.

Also, according to Kyrylenko, a person was injured in Zvanivka. In the morning, Avdiivka came under artillery fire. There were no casualties.
