Ukraine Army destroys enemy's communications center in south

Ukrainian forces have destroyed 20 Russian invaders, two ammunition warehouses and a communications center of the 98th Guards Airborne Regiment of the Russian armed forces on the southern axis in the past 24 hours.

Ukraine's Operational Command South said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy is concentrating its efforts on maintaining the occupied positions, continuing to use barrel and rocket artillery, and launching air and missile strikes," the report said.

In the past day, the invaders carried out five strikes on Ukrainian positions along the line of combat using attack aircraft and a helicopter. Ukrainian defenders suffered no losses.

In the evening, the enemy used Uragan MLRS to shell the Bereznehuvate community in the Mykolaiv region. Agricultural areas came under fire. There are no casualties.

Ukrainian aircraft struck the positions of enemy units and ammunition depots in Arkhanhelske and Burkhanivka, as well as enemy air defense systems in Kherson and Novovoskresenske.

Ukrainian rocket and artillery units struck concentrations of enemy manpower and equipment in Snihurivka, Novovoskresenske and Chkalove. The enemy lost 20 soldiers, two vehicles, a communications center of the 98th Guards Airborne Regiment in Dudchany and an ammunition depot in Novovoskresenske. The final losses of the enemy are being determined.
