Russian forces shell infrastructure facility in Kharkiv - mayor

Russian aggressors launched a missile attack on an infrastructure facility in the Kyivsky district of Kharkiv at about 03:00 on Monday, August 22.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"Again a missile attack and again on the Kyivsky district. Continuing their practice of night shelling, at 02:49, our enemy fired from the direction of Belgorod at an infrastructure facility," the mayor wrote.

According to him, a two-story building was destroyed, a small fire broke out, there is no information about casualties.
