Bodies of 15 people retrieved from rubble of three-story building in Kharkiv destroyed by Russia

Rescuers have already retrieved the bodies of 15 people from under the rubble of a three-story residential building destroyed by Russia in the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv.

The press service of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"As of 19:00, 15 bodies were removed from the rubble. Emergency rescue operations and the search for the dead in the destroyed building of the Saltivsky district of the city are ongoing," the report said.

On August 17, at around 21:30, a Russian Iskander missile hit a three-story residential building in the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv, completely destroying the building and causing a large-scale fire.
