Russians strike Kharkiv city center

Striking Kharkiv city center, the Russians hit a two-story building and a higher educational institution.

"At 04:09, two strikes were launched on the central part of the city. In one case, a two-story building was hit. The State Emergency Service already works there, clearing away the rubble, looking for people under," Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov posted on Telegram.

According to him, the enemy also hit the building of one of Kharkiv's higher educational institutions.

"Currently, there is no information about the injured or killed," the mayor added.

Last night, the Russian invaders fired S-300 missiles on Kharkiv twice.
