Russian invaders again open fire on Kharkiv

On the night of July 26, 2022, Russian troops opened fire on the city of Kharkiv.

The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Again, the night shelling of the city. One of Kharkiv’s areas, which is closer to the city center was hit. Traditionally, it was next to a building that had nothing to do with military infrastructure,” Terekhov wrote.

In his words, no casualties have been reported so far.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russia started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and bombarding Ukrainian cities and villages with artillery, multiple launch rocket systems and ballistic missiles.
