Russian invaders fired on a residential neighborhood of Mykolayiv city. A four-story apartment block was damaged, one person was wounded.

“At about 13:00 today, the Russian invaders again fired on a residential neighborhood of Mykolayiv. They hit a four-story apartment block,” Mykolayiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych posted on Telegram.

According to him, the roof and ceilings from the fourth to the second floors were destroyed, a load-bearing wall was damaged and the windows were broken. In total, six apartments in the house were damaged.

According to preliminary information, one person was injured.

The State Emergency Service rescuers and utility workers deal with the consequences at the scene.

In total, the aggressor has damaged more than 280 apartment blocks, four of which cannot be restored, and 374 private houses, 36 completely destroyed, in Mykolayiv.

On February 24, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure, massively fire on residential areas of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages using artillery, MLRS, aviation bombs, and ballistic missiles.
