Russia’s missile strikes on Ternopil Region: Houses and cars damaged

Ternopil Regional Military Administration Head Volodymyr Trush has shown the damage caused by Russia’s missile strikes on the city of Chortkiv, Ternopil Region, on June 11, 2022.

The relevant video was posted by Ternopil Regional Military Administration Head Volodymyr Trush on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The video depicts five-storey apartment blocks, where civilians, including children, were at the moment when they were hit with four missiles. The Ukrainian State Emergency Service, police, deminers and other services were working at the scene all night long,” Trush wrote, expressing gratitude to those who were rescuing people from under the rubble.

On the video, one can see the smashed fragments of apartment blocks, severely damaged cars and ruined children’s playgrounds.

A reminder that, on June 11, 2022, Russian invaders fired missiles at Chortkiv, Ternopil Region, leaving 21 adults and a 12-year-old child injured. The missiles hit a military object and four 5-storey apartment blocks. Twenty-two people were taken to hospital.
