Enemy fires on 23 localities in eastern Ukraine, killing three civilians

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops fired on 23 localities in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, killing at least three civilians.

“Over the past 24 hours, June 9, Russian troops fired on 23 localities in Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Sievierodonetsk, Borivske, Lysychansk, Bilohorivka, Zolote, Hirske, Komyshuvakha, Toshkivka, Vrubivka, Ustynivka, Orikhove, Synetsky, Nyrkove, Mykolayivka (Luhansk region), Bakhmut, Khromove, Toretsk, New York, Pervomayske, Avdiivka, Kalynove, Kurakhove, Mykilske (Donetsk region) came under fire,” the Joint Forces Task Force posted on Facebook.

At least three people were killed and one person was injured in Avdiivka and Kostiantynivka.

Information on casualties in other districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions is being clarified.

Over the past day, the enemy destroyed and damaged 62 civilian objects. These are 49 residential buildings, preventorium of non-ferrous metals plant, road construction machinery plant, farm, agricultural machinery, production workshop of machine-building plant, ammonia plant workshop, control room of energy company, railway station, tracks, water tower, building of state registry office, outbuildings, cars.

Over the past 24 hours, rescuers evacuated 607 people from the combat zone.
