Enemy keeps two boats and submarine carrying 20 Kalibr missiles in Black Sea

Two enemy boats and a submarine, carrying 20 Kalibr missiles, are staying in the Black Sea and ready to launch missile strikes.

The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The enemy’s naval group continues to block civil shipping in the north-western part of the Black Sea. Two missile boats and a submarine, carrying 20 Kalibr cruise missiles, are ready to launch attacks,” the report states.

The situation within the control area of the South Operational Command is remaining tense but stable.

Russian troops continue to conduct hostilities at the contact line with available forces, pulling up additional armaments.

Battles are raging at the border of Kherson Region and Mykolaiv Region, and in Kherson Region’s Beryslav District. The enemy wants to regain the lost positions and opens fire on villages. The situation is difficult in such communities as Kalynivka and Velyka Oleksandrivka.

Invaders are attempting to introduce Russian rubles within the temporarily occupied areas. They are putting pressure on Ukrainian farmers, abducting and torturing some of them. This way Russian invaders want to force them to continue agricultural business, as occupation forces are planning to seize crops to meet the needs of their military units and collaborator authorities.

The enemy is planting mines along the coast, as they are afraid of advancing Ukrainian forces. As a result, three local residents were killed in explosion in Lazurne.

Last night Russian troops opened fire on one of districts in the city of Mykolaiv with multiple launch rocket systems. A detached house was damaged. No casualties were reported. Russian projectiles and their fragments caused a fire in the Halytsynove community.

In the morning of June 6, 2022, Russian invaders again shelled the residential areas of Mykolaiv with the Pion heavy artillery. Some detached houses and cars were damaged. One person was reported killed.

In Odesa Region, counter-sabotage measures are underway to protect military and civilian objects, reveal and neutralize sabotage groups and complete other tasks.

In the areas bordering with Transnistria, the situation is stable and controlled.

According to the South Operational Command, the threat of missile strikes, sabotage attacks and landing operations is persisting.
